Travis Wagner, age 35, of Green Bay, WI, passed away on Fri Apr 3, 2026, following a courageous battle with cancer. Travis Robert Wagner was born on Jan 15, 1991, in Washington State. In 1992 the family moved to Green Bay, WI, where Travis grew up and graduated from Bayport High School in 2009. After graduating, Travis attended college at the University of Minnesota. In 2013 Travis answered God’s call to his heart and dedicated the rest of his life to freely sharing the message of salvation with others. He took that calling very seriously and in his quiet way was appreciated by and an inspiration to many. He will be greatly missed, but his godly influence will not be forgotten.
Travis is survived by his parents, Kevin and Beth Wagner (Suamico, WI), and sister, Karissa (Eden Prairie, MN), as well as a grandfather, Robert Stuefen (Howard, WI), a grandmother, Beverly Wagner (Yuma, AZ); aunts and uncles: Brad Stuefen (WI), Barb Stuefen (Elk River, MN), Boyd (Ann) Stuefen (Elk River, MN), Sonya (Brent) Hofman (Suamico, WI), Gavin Wagner, Tamara Wagner (Bolivia), Teresa (John) Grund (Beaverton, OR); and many cherished cousins, friends and co-workers. He is preceded in death by a grandfather, Gordan Wagner, and a grandmother, Elaine Stuefen.
Visitation for Travis will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton. Visitation will continue on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Baseman Floors, N2926 Jeske Rd., Appleton from 9:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. After the service, Travis’s earthly tabernacle will be laid to rest in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
