Tim A. Bauman

Timothy “Tim” Bauman, age 45, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. He was born on February 26, 1979 to David “Red” and Paula (Schroeder) Bauman.

Tim was a graduate of Kaukauna High School Class of 1997. He then went on to work at Miller Masonry as well as Pahlow for many years prior to achieving his CDL and working at Vertiv Trucking for several years. On August 8, 2015 Tim married Monica Marlatt in a backyard wedding which was officiated by one of Tim’s best friends, Spence Van Dehy. In his free time, Tim enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. He was a very hands on person with a talent for mechanical work which he utilized while working on his off road trucks. Tim had a love for speed and especially had a passion for Ferrari’s. In high school, Tim was known for having the “fastest car in school” famously named the “Silver Bullet” which his dad helped build for him. Above all else, Tim loved being a father and he truly cherished the time and memories he made with his sons over the years.

Tim is survived by his loving wife, Monica; his parents: Red and Paula Bauman; sons: Tyler and Kyle Bauman; step-son, Marcus Nigbor; brother, Andy Bauman; niece and nephew: Arial and Giovanni Bauman; father and mother-in-law: Lon and Kitty Wendt; as well as his previous wife, Peggy’s mother, Lynda Helmrick. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy and her father, Bob Helmrick.

A Celebration of Life for Tim will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, N1858 Greenville Dr., Greenville. For online condolences, please visit www.valleyfh.com.
