Stephen A. Schick

Stephen Schick, beloved husband, father, and devoted brother passed away at home on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

Born in Menominee, MI, the family moved to Rockford, IL. Steve is survived by his wife, Gail; children: Chad and Angela; siblings: Kristin Lewis, David (Kathy) Schick, Therese (Mark) Evrard, Kathy (Joe) Metz; and grandchildren: Vash, Aislinn, and Taylor Schick.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Leonard and Arlene Schick; daughter, Charity; and many special aunts and uncles.

Steve had a quick wit and loved family most and was always quick to share his memories and stories.

A Funeral Mass for Steve will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1016 10th Ave., Menominee, officiated by Father Prijo. Visitation will begin at the church at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until the time of the Mass. Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee.
