Robert "Bob" G. Crosby

Robert G. “Bob” Crosby was born on June 9, 1962 to Margaret (Kniece) Larsen. On April 9, 1991 he married Pamela Stevens at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI. They were blessed with two children: Nicholas J. Stevens and Cassandra R. (Crosby) Payne. Bob passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 as a result of a tragic car accident.

Bob worked manufacturing jobs most of his life, most recently at Nestle Corp. until ill health forced an early retirement. More recently, he found joy in selling antiques and other oddities, a passion he shared with his mom.

Bob is survived by his cherished grandson, Oliver Riley Payne; son-in-law, Aaron Payne; in-laws: Erv and Pat Stevens; sister-in-law, Pennie (Don) Thiele; brother-in-law, David (Barb) Pantzer; brother, Rick Crosby; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Randy Janssen.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela; his children: Nick and Cassie; and his mother, Margaret (Larry) Larsen.

A Funeral Service for Bob and Pam will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. and will continue until the time of the service. Bob and Pamela will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton.
