Pheng Yang, age 75, passed away on December 08, 2024. She was surrounded by family and friends and was reunited with her late husband, Say Va Vang. Born in Xiangkhouang Province, Laos on July 15, 1949, she lived most of her life in Appleton, WI. Born with a green thumb, she had a great passion for gardening as well as cooking, sewing, and taking care of loved ones. From sons and daughters to great grand children and family and friends, she will be missed. Services for Pheng will be held at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St, Appleton, WI on January 11-12, 2025.
