Paul W. Senner, 77, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Paul was born on February 10, 1948 to William and Dorothy (Fuerstenhaefer) Senner. On September 1, 1979 he was united in marriage to Jeanne Novak. Paul had an easy way with people and brought the gift of conversation to a variety of roles from radio and newspaper to running a shoe store and various sales positions. He retired from Christensen & Wisnet Heating and Cooling after working there for many years as a salesman. He wanted to be remembered for never selling a customer something they didn’t need or want. Paul was always attending his kids and grandkids sporting events and always cherished those times. He also enjoyed going to car shows and going for rides. Paul loved the family vacations up north every year. He volunteered with the Salvation Army and loved talking to people. Paul was a very active member of his church St. John United Church of Christ in Appleton where he served as Council President and held various other titles as well.
Paul is survived by his wife Jeanne, children; Jenni (Kent) Huseboe, Ripon, Amber Huebner, Appleton, William Senner, Neenah, a son-in-law Steve Stahl, Luxemburg, grandchildren; Madison (special friend Mack) Huseboe, Maxwell (special friend Morgan) Huseboe, Lucas Huebner and Sofia Huebner, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Patti (Joe) Echenique, Mike (Jan) Novak, Jeff (Pam) Novak, John (Theresa) Novak, and Scott (special friend Bonnie Tessaro) Novak, godson Jacob Novak, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Autumn Stahl, sister Denise and Jeanne’s parents Harold and Lois Novak.
The memorial service for Paul will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton with Pastor Lynn Martin officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. For online condolences please visit www.valleyfh.com.
