Pamela Ann (Stevens) Crosby, was born on March 13, 1968 to Ervin and Patricia (Hanssen) Stevens in Kenosha, WI. On April 6, 1991 she married Robert G. “Bob” Crosby at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI. Pamela passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 as a result of a tragic car accident. Bob followed her to peace on June 10, 2026.
Pamela held many jobs over the years, most recently as an Apple Care Advisor. Pamela also served her community as a Town of Grand Chute Plan Commissioner. By far her greatest joy and accomplishment was the births of her children: Nicholas John Stevens on October 8, 1986 and Cassandra Rose (Crosby) Payne on August 14, 1991. When her grandson, Oliver Riley Payne, was born on September 25, 2012 her joy was immense. Yaya is so proud of the young man Oliver is becoming.
Pam and Bob faced more tragedy and loss in their lives than anyone could imagine. Pamela showed strength, grace, and love even though her heart broke every day. One can only imagine the love and joy Pamela received when she was reunited with Nick and Cassie.
Pamela is lovingly and heart brokenly survived by her parents: Erv and Pat Stevens; sister, Pennie (Don) Thiele; brother, David (Barb) Pantzer; her son-in-law, Aaron Payne; grandson, Oliver Payne; nieces and nephews: Katelyn (Nick) Ball, Connor (Lauren) Thiele, Ben (BreAnna) Pantzer, Mark (Clarissa) Pantzer; 9 great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Bob followed Pam on June 10, 2026. She is further preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Anton (Antoinette) Hanssen, Edith (Bob) Holter; paternal grandparents: Ervin Stevens Sr. and Eileen (Zillmer) Stevens; her mother-in-law, Margaret “Marge” (Larry) Larsen; and her much loved and missed children: Nick and Cassie.
