Norma E. Bolduan

Norma E. Bolduan, age 90, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2026. She was born in Oshkosh on February 9, 1936 to the late Victor and Clara (Fine) Draeger. Norma married James Bolduan on August 13, 1955. Together they lived in Appleton until 1964, when they built their home in Combined Locks. Norma moved to Kaukauna in 2016. Norma enjoyed walking, fishing and vacationing with family and friends.

Norma is survived by her children: Debra (Jeff) Belongea, Paul (Sally) DeBruin; daughter-in-law, Barb Bolduan; six grandchildren:  Kimberly, Molly, Samual, Renee, Haley and Jacklin; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; Brother and sister-in-law, Daniel (Elaine) Draeger, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bolduan; sons, Bruce and Charles Bolduan; siblings: Margaret (Rodney) Henschel, David (Nina) Draeger, Dorothy Kelling, Victor Draeger; sister-in-law, Natalie (Frank) Hussey; father and mother-in-law, Martin and Marie (Glawe) Bolduan; nephews, James and Timothy Henschel.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond Street, Appleton. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
