Lee Baehman Obituary

Lee Baehman, age 77, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 11th, 2025.  Lee was born and raised in Appleton, WI to Herb and Verna Baehman. He was a proud Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War with the US Army and then remained in Appleton for his entire life. He graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran in 1965 and was employed with Accurate Alignment as a Mechanic, until he retired in 2009.  Lee married the love of his life Marianne, on November 4th, 1972.  He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend, and will be missed dearly by so many.

Lee spent many summers at their 2nd home; Harbour Village in Egg Harbor, WI, where he made so many great friends over the years.   Besides camping, he also loved being a home body.  His favorite thing to do was watch HGTV, under a blanket, with his buddy Bray sipping on some tea.  He enjoyed watching the Brewers and Packers, and recently discovered his love for Mile of Music.  He was a quiet man that loved to watch and take it all in.   He had a sweet tooth like no other, and loved to frequent the Festival Bakery on a weekly basis.

Lee is survived by son; Brian Baehman (Amy-Lee’s unofficial parole officer), daughter; Jana Baehman(Chris Wood), grandchildren; Ethan Hughes, Taylor Baehman, Alex Hughes, and Morgan Baehman.  He is further survived by his sisters; LuAnn Timm (Steve), Lori Schroeder; brother-in-law; Michael Schultz (Celia Snow) & sister-in-law; Katherine Schultz; Stepbrother; Scott Vogt (Pam), many nieces, nephews and great friends.  Also, his beloved companion Bray.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Marianne Baehman, his parents; Herb & Ann Baehman and Paul & Verna Rohloff; his In-Laws, William and Mildred Schultz, brother-in-law, Scott Schultz; special friends Sue Femal & Rich Hauk.  Marianne has been watching over him for the past 4 years, and was waiting with open arms to be reunited together again.
