Larry Boldt Obituary

Larry Joseph Boldt, age 67 passed away peacefully on August 28, 2021 after his long battle with cancer. Larry was born to Elmer and Ada Boldt on August 31, 1953 in Appleton WI.

Larry worked at Appleton Papers and retired doing concrete finishing.

Larry enjoyed fishing, watching Nascar races and going to the racetrack with family. He also enjoyed family gatherings, cookouts and time spent with his children and grandchildren.

Larry is survived by his brothers and sisters; Norbert (Donna) Boldt, Tom (Mary) Boldt, Randy (Cindy) Boldt, Barb (Ron) Broehm, Alan (Cheri) Boldt; children Candy (Mitch) Balke, Nancy (Chad) VanStraten, Larry Jr. (Nicole) Boldt, grandchildren; Lucia, Vance, Alexis, Taylor, Adilynn, Chad Jr. and Maci. Larry is also survived by his former spouse Susan Young.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard Boldt.

A special thank you to all of the family and staff who have helped and cared for Larry over the years. Services will be held on September 2, 2021 at Valley Funeral Home 2211 N. Richmond St. Appleton, WI 54911. Visitation will be from 10am to 12pm, funeral services will take place from 12pm to 1pm with burial immediately following at Highland Memorial Park at 3131 N. Richmond St. Appleton, WI 54911
