Kevin L. Shepard

Kevin L. Shepard, age 61, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. He was born on June 5, 1964, son of Merton and Donna (Schroeder) Shepard.

Kevin had a deep passion for working on cars and motors-if it had an engine, he could fix it. A true jack of all trades, he was the go-to person for anything that needed building, fixing, or figuring out. Kevin’s work ethic was unmatched, but it was his sense of humor and easygoing nature that truly set him apart. He had a natural gift for making people laugh. Whether they were lifelong friends or complete strangers, he never met someone he couldn’t connect with.

Among all his relationships, the bond Kevin shared with his mother was something special. Their closeness was a cornerstone of his life, and he always made sure she knew how much she meant to him.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Donna; son, Zac (April); siblings: Renae (Phil), Mert, Rod (Carol), Denise (Jim), and Barb (Tim); as well as many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He is further survived by friends: Dave (Carol) Garcia, Tony Young, as well as countless other friends Kevin cared for dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Merton; nephew, Whitney White; close friend, John Hart; as well as his grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life for Kevin will be held on July 13, 2025 at W6932 County Rd F., Shiocton, WI 54170. Food Served at 1:30, water & soda will be provided but bring your own alcohol and please bring your favorite memories to share.
