June Ellen (Maas) Mainz

June Ellen Mainz, age 68 of Appleton, passed away on Thursday, November 09, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, with her family by her side. She was born on June 1, 1955 in Appleton to the late Robert and Marilyn (Young) Maas. On April 29, 1983 she married Gary Mainz. She worked at Kimberly Clark for 35 years, retiring in 2008. After retirement she enjoyed traveling across country with Gary, especially family trips to Sault Ste. Marie. June also enjoyed reading, doing puzzles on her computer and her cats.

She is survived by her husband Gary, son, Gary (Brenda) Mainz Jr., brother and sisters; Linda Binsfield, James Maas and Alice (Mike Kemp) Maas. She is further survived by nephews; Kenny Binsfield, J.J. Maas and Robert Maas as well as other relatives and friends.

Preceding June in death are her parents, brother in law, Mark Binsfield, sister in law, Lynn (Art) Buhrow and her mother and father in law, Erwin and Delores “Sis” (Fredrick) Mainz.

In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held.
