Judith “Judy” Yingling, 78, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026. She was born on October 12, 1947 to her late parents Gilbert and Evelyn (Kunstman) Martin in Appleton Wisconsin.
Judy was raised in Outagamie County. She graduated from Appleton West High School and went on to earn her associates degree from Fox Valley Technical College. She married Allen Yingling on October 15, 1966 and enjoyed 60 years of marriage. Together they liked to travel, going to Hawaii and California a few times, and enjoyed camping in their early years of retirement.
She was an avid dog lover, having had 14 fluffy companions over the years. Most of them being Scotty’s and West Highland Terriers. She was also known to crochet and collect crystal and porcelain figurines.
Judy is survived by her husband Allen, brother Terry Martin, nieces Heather (Derek) Zurn and Cassandra Martin, and Heathers children Kaylee, Madilyn, and Alexander.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother James Martin (08/04/2020), an infant brother, sisters in law Cynthia Martin (01/16/2016) and Beverly (08/21/2022) mother-in-law Esther Yingling (02/05/2002) and father-in-law Nathan Powers (11/10/1984).
There will be a graveside committal service at Highland Memorial Park – 3131 N Richmond St, Appleton WI 54911 at 2pm on Friday June 19, 2026. Pastor Alan Schaffmeyer will be officiating
