Jason D. Reischl

Jason D. Reischl, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 15, 2026. He was born on April 3, 1979 to David and Jo (Baumann) Reischl in Wisconsin.

Jason lived a life marked by service, laughter, and generosity. He was a proud graduate of Kaukauna High School, Class of 1998, and shortly thereafter answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, serving in Haiti, Cuba, and Greece. Jason had a passion for racing and could often be found attending races over the years, enjoying the excitement and friendships that came with it. He also loved shooting pool and frequently participated in pool tournaments. Known for his quick wit and storytelling, Jason had a way of bringing laughter into any room. He was always ready with a joke or a story, leaving lasting impressions on everyone he met.

More than anything, Jason will be remembered for his kindness and generosity. He had a selfless heart and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need, never hesitating to put others before himself.

Jason is survived by his father and step-mother: David L. Reischl and Anna Reischl; his children: David J. Reischl, Riley Olski, and Tara Reischl; and his siblings: Jessica Reischl, Matt Reischl, Jodie (Jason) Theil, and Kraig (Stephanie) Reischl. He is further survived by many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann Reischl; his wife, Marnie Reischl; and his grandparents: Clara and Hank Baumann.

A Celebration of Life for Jason will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton.
