James Michael Polley

James Michael Polley passed away on May 17, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. James “Jim” was born on December 18, 2020 in Waupaca, Wisconsin to Jared Polley and Nicole Mayberry.

Jim was an unbelievably tough little boy who endured many medical complications and repeatedly overcame his life-limiting illnesses. Jim made a memorable impression on everyone he met with his strength and personality. Jim had a special ability of bringing the best out of everyone who knew him and teaching them to take nothing for granted.

Jim is survived by his parents: Jared Polley and Nicole Mayberry; his sister, Natallie Mayberry; grandparents: Jim and Linda Polley and Tom and LaVonne Livangood; 16 aunts and uncles; and 23 cousins.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Jim on Sunday, July 7, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at John Muir Memorial County Park, N1424 County Rd. F, Montello, WI 53949.
