Jacqueline "Jackie" B. Holcomb

Jacqueline “Jackie” B. Holcomb (Fauk) passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Saturday, June 1st, 2024, at the age of 86. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Clifford Holcomb. 

Jackie was born on October 11th, 1937, and was the oldest of the 8 “J” (Jackie, Judy, Jerry, Jean, Joy, Joanie, Jenny, Jill) Fauk sisters. She was a 1955 graduate of Appleton West High School. She attended UW-Milwaukee for one year before working at the phone company in Appleton and then at Secura Insurance Company for many years. She continued to learn and study in various insurance classes and played an important role in the Insurance Women of Wisconsin. She enjoyed planting flowers in spring, playing Bridge with the ladies in her Bridge Club, watching her family play sports and spending time with her family. She was involved in planning her High School Reunions for many years, and enjoyed maintaining those lifelong friendships. Jackie was a member of St. Mary’s Parish in Greenville for many years. Her faith was very important to her and she always believed that her Guardian Angel was watching over her.

She is survived by her children: Scott (Susan) Forseth, Rick (Heather) Forseth, Kerry (Eric) Loppnow and her stepson Jed (Carrie) Holcomb; grandchildren: Eric (Lauren) Forseth, Jessica Forseth, Travis (Emilee) Forseth, Krista Forseth, Kylie and Taylor Loppnow, Nicole (Andrew) Miller, Olivia (Starr) Gordon; great grandchildren: Hayden, Brynlee and Weston Forseth; her sisters: Judy (Tom) Verkuilen, Joy Fauk, Jenny (Keith) Bloemendaal, Jill (Pat) Seeger; brother-in-law, Don Day; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Veronica (Boehme) and George Fauk; her sisters: Jerry Scannell, Jean Blahnik, Joan Day; and brother-in-law Tom Scannell.

Jackie’s Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at St. Mary’s Parish, N2385 Municipal Dr., Greenville, WI 54942. The Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.valleyfh.com.
