Ingeborg (Langhammer) Apitz

Ingeborg Apitz, age 79, of Kaukauna, WI, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 2, 2023 at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI. She was born on October 26, 1944 in Germany, daughter of Rudolf and Albine (Lehrer) Langhammer. On February 17, 1978, she married Julius “Bud” Apitz. He preceded her in death on May 9, 1997.

Ingeborg worked at Pechman Photo Lab in Kaukauna, WI for many years. She enjoyed music, playing games and love to socialize.

Ingeborg is survived by nieces and nephews Lisa LeRoy, Robert LeRoy, Jim Brenner, John Brenner and Anna Langhammer and many friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 2:30 pm at Valley Funeral Home 2211 N. Richmond St. Appleton, WI. Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery in Neenah, WI.

A visitation will be on Friday, March 8th from 1:00 pm until the time of services at the funeral home.
