Hans Powell Sr

Hans Powell Sr, age 63 passed away Sunday October 3rd, 2021. Born in Reutlingen Germany January 24th 1958. He was adopted by Robert and Joyce Powell and brought to the United States August 13, 1958. He graduated with his GED from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI.  He served in the National Guard as a Private (HHB 1st BN 126th PA). Hans married Debra Powell (Damron) on July 12th 1976. Hans and Debra owned and operated the Bargain Shed in Kenosha, WI. It was a small business that featured products made by the handicapped and had an exclusive line of easter products. Hans enjoyed watching all Wisconsin sports and was a lifelong Packer Fan. Hans enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his kids and grandchildren. Hans is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Joyce. Hans is survived by Wife Debra Powell, (Son) Hans Powell Jr, (Daughter) Heidi Powel, (Son) Lewis Powell and (Daughter) Amber Powell. Hans was also a grandpa to Felicia Powell, Carter Powell, and Rylee Kranick. Funeral Services will be held at Valley Funeral Home 10:00am October 14th.
