Hannah M. Giesler

Hannah M. Giesler, age 23, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026. She was born on August 7, 2002 in Appleton to Terry Giesler and Wendy Grunow-Giesler. 

She was a creative spirit who saw the world in color and possibility. Whether she was drawing, painting, or lost in the pages of a good book, she found comfort and expression in art. Her imagination was vivid, her creativity effortless, and her work reflected the depth of her heart.

Hannah cherished time with her friends; laughing, listening to music, and wandering through the mall together, making ordinary moments feel special. She had a quiet kindness about her, always eager to help others, often putting their needs before her own.

Hannah found joy in simple, meaningful things; visits to the cat café, where she felt at peace surrounded by all the kitties, and time spent with her beloved big cat, Niko, who brought her endless comfort. She also had a soft spot for turtles, a reflection of her gentle and thoughtful nature.

Those who knew her will remember her as compassionate, creative, and deeply feeling. Her presence brought warmth, and her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.

Hannah is deeply loved and will be forever missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Hannah is survived by her parents: Terry Giesler and Wendy Grunow-Giesler; brother, Thomas Giesler; grandmothers, Margaret Grunow and Janet Giesler; and many loved family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Gary Grunow Sr., Edward and Judy Giesler, Terry Valitchka.

Services will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026 at the Gathering Hub, 728 Schelfhout Ln, Kimberly, with family and friends starting to gather at 4:00 pm. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
