Glenn Raymond O'Bright

Glenn Raymond O'Bright, 61, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at his home in Madison, WI.

Glenn was born July 8, 1959 in Neenah, the son of the late Jerome and Diane (Otto) O'Bright. He was a Menasha High School graduate of 1978. Glenn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Upper Iowa University, and later became a Certified Nursing Aide.  He worked as a caregiver for young adults with special needs and then happily served as caregiver for his aging parents. Glenn enjoyed spending time with friends and family, walks with his dog, and annual trips to Florida with his friend, Dan.  Glenn loved animals, especially dolphins.

Glenn is survived by his brother Daniel (Amy) O'Bright, Menasha, a sister, Gail (Ken) Liberty, Mount Prospect, IL, as well as many loved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. His faithful four-legged companion Luke will miss him greatly.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Patrick O’Bright, and close friend Dan Sitter.

A memorial service for Glenn will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St, Appleton. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12:30 p.m.  Memorials may be directed to the Humane Society.
