Gabriel Michael Helms

Gabriel M. Helms, age 26 of Chilton, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. He was born on January 4, 1997 to the late Michael and Lori (Figlinski) Helms. Gabe worked as a cabinet maker, and was very talented in everything he did. He was an accomplished musician, playing guitar and had recently taken up drums, as well as a great mechanic. Gabe enjoyed hiking, shooting and gaming. He was a wonderful, caring human being who was always available to help out whenever he could. Gabe was adventurous, fun loving and will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his siblings; Ashley (Puneet Dogra) Helms, Caleb Helms and Whitney Helms and nephew and niece; Parin Kumar and Taija Kumar, nephews; Emilio Helms, Dominik Wise and Gunner Wise. Gabe is further survived by his very close friends; Marshall, Ashton, Andy, Dustin and Old Man Dave, as well as aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Michael and Lori Helms.

A private family service was held. A celebration of life for all of his family and friends will be held at a later date.
