Ervin John Niec "Fonzie"

Ervin J. Niec, age 78, of Appleton, WI passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at his home.  He was born on June 6, 1946, son of the late Edward and Gladys (Jones) Niec.

Ervin is survived by his siblings: Ed Niec Jr., Robert (Barb) Niec, Doris Jansen, Don (Marie) Niec, Larry (Linda) Niec, David Niec, Betty (Joe) Rosera, Bonnie (Darrell) Rose, Mike (Sue) Niec, Randy (Tammy) Niec; his step-children: Debra Werth, Clint (Deb) Werth, Lisa (Pam) Werth, James (Julie) Werth, Scott (Patti) Werth; other family members and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Niec; sister, Rose Kahler; sister-in-law, Christine (Kilsdonk) Niec; brother-in-law, Daniel "Speedo" Jansen; and step-sons: Michael Werth and John Berger.

A Celebration of Ervin's life will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. at Valley Funeral Home (2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton).
