Delores M. Managan

Delores (Burmistier, Seely) Managan went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. She was 95 years old. She was born in Milwaukee on May 4, 1929 to Dorothy and Arthur Burmistier.

She was married to Omar Seely in 1948. Later, she married Thomas Managan in 1974.

Delores always worked hard and enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother as well as a great friend to many.

Delores retired from IPC in 1979 and in 1981 worked at Norge Village for four and a half years.

Delores is survived by her daughters: Sally (Carl) Seely Lennon, Susan Pye, Sheryl Bugler, and Jill (Wayne Metz) Seely; 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Phyliss Duquette.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; son, Steven Seely; son-in-law, Edward Pye; grandson, Brian Pye; sisters: Theresa (Harold) Boers and Shirley (John) Ingalls; brother, Philip (Carol) Burmistier; brother-in-law, James Duquette; her mother and father; and many nieces and nephews.

A prayer service for Delores will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 4:00 p.m. and will continue until the time of the service. Delores will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery.
