Dale V Stalewski

Dale V. Stalewski, 69 of Appleton, passed away Monday, November 13th, 2023 at his home, with his family by his side.

Dale was born January 27, 1954, son of the late Stanley and Miriam (Merryfield) Stalewski in West Allis, Wisconsin. He was raised in West Allis by his parents with grandma Lottie and Aunt Helen living in the upstairs flat. Dale attended West Allis Central, Class of ‘72 where he was a multi-sport athlete with his passion being baseball. On December 14, 1983, Dale was united in marriage to Brenda Muchow and they were blessed with 39 years and a loving family.  He worked in finance for many years leading to a career managing several car dealerships. He had a strong faith in God attending Faith Lutheran Church. He continued his lifelong passion for sports being an avid Brewer, Packer and Badger fan. He also enjoyed grilling, bowling, golf, games with the family, and his fur babies.

Dale was a loving and caring son, husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed for all the fun loving times with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Miriam; Father and Mother in law, Leonard and Estella Muchow; Uncles Ed (Lorraine) Stalewski, and Medard Pawlak.

Dale is survived by his wife Brenda; Children Ryan (Marie) of Cleveland, Ohio; Stefanie (John) Tsapakis of Boca Raton, Florida; Derek of Appleton; and Stanley (Andrea) of Woodbury, Minnesota, his seven grandchildren; John, Christine, Alexander, Ella, Sullivan, Ford, and Rocky, brothers; Gary (Marty), Donn (Dianne) of Arlington, Texas. Special Aunt Helen Pawlak New Berlin, Wisconsin, brothers-in-law Bob Muchow of Hill Point, Wisconsin; Paul Muchow of Baraboo, Wisconsin; sister-in-law Barb (James) Hughes of Gulfport, Mississippi; Susan (Kevin) DeRocha of Harvey, Louisiana; and Linda Jacobson of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services for Dale Vernon Stalewski will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Faith Lutheran Church at 601 E. Glendale Ave. in Appleton with Pastor Dan Thews officiating. Visitation from 9:00 to 11:00am followed by the memorial service starting at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations to a local animal shelter; or the Autoimmunity Research Foundation would be appreciated.
