Cynthia Kay Wagner Hipp Greenville, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025 after a 5 ½ year battle with lung cancer. She was born July 6, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI and shortly after adopted by Harold and Edna Wagner of Appleton. She was baptized at Lutheran Children's Home Wauwatosa, WI; confirmed at Riverview Lutheran Church and married in 1983 at Riverview Lutheran Church. She has been a member at Immanuel Lutheran Church for over 30 years.
Cyndi worked many jobs through the years Tastee Bakery, McCains, McDonalds, Flowerama and lunch lady at ILS. Faith, Family and Friends, this is what gave her strength and determination. Family get togethers often led to a picture to post. Cyndi was at home in nature, gardening and admiring wildlife. She loved Jesus, and for weeks talked of looking forwards to seeing him.
Cyndi is survived by her loving husband of 41 ½ years Ken; son, Kyle (McKenna); daughter, Crissa (Zach) Hietpas; grandchildren: Levi and Cash Hipp, Peyton Kay Hietpas; mother-in-law, Charlotte Hipp; sister, Christine (John) Thill, brothers and sisters-in-law: Beverly Schwahert, Bob(Carolyn), Tom(Julie), Lee(Barb) Howe, Jim(Eva), Barb, Debbi(Vince) Mihalek, Tim(Robin), Natalie(Steve) Heaney; and many cousins, nieces and nephews; best friends: Julie, Merri, Lou Ann and Barb; international students: Robin, Summer, Hailey, Susan, Crystal, Julia, Jason and Bill. She was preceded in death by her parents, father-in-law, Eugene Hipp; sisters-in-law: Ellen Irwin, Susan Howe and Patti Deangelis.

The funeral service for Cyndi will take place at 11:30 am on Friday, May 2, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, W7265 School Road, Greenville. Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N Richmond Street Appleton, and on Friday morning at the church from 9:30 am until the time of service.
The family would like to thank everyone for the Prayers and cards that helped us through these hard times, also all of Cyndi's doctors, nurses and aids at both ThedaCare Cancer Center, Thedacare At Home Hospice & Froedtert Hospital for the last 5 ½ years and last but not least to our wonderful Pastors who have walked with us on Cyndi's journey Home.
