Carol Jean Fleischman, age 71, of Appleton passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, March 9, 2025 at Edenbrook on Meade in Appleton. She was born on September 23, 1953 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in Antigo, WI daughter of the late Joseph Jr. and Marjorie (Debroux) Servi. Carol was a dedicated seamstress for ITU for over 30 years. She was a hard-working woman, who enjoyed watching the Packers and motorcycle rides.
She is survived by her children: Jamie Behnke, Christopher Fleischman; grandchildren: Gregory Behnke, Kortney Behnke (fiancé Jacob Bilitz), Teddy Behnke, Elsie May Fleischman; great-grandson, Jamison Behnke; siblings: Donna Schultz, Beverly (Craig) Gray, Jim Servi, Donald (Brenda) Servi. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by an infant son, Troy Paul Fleischman; brother John Servi; brother-in-law Kip Schultz.
A Memorial Service for Carol will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Valley Funeral Home (2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton) with Pastor Justin Shrum officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Appleton at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
The family would like to thank the staffs at Edenbrook and Bristol Hospice for their care and compassion through Carol’s illness.
