Bruce Frank Conrad

Bruce Frank Conrad died peacefully on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at his home. He was born June 22, 1938 in Kaukauna, WI, son of Richard and Beatrice (Schroeder) Conrad.   

Bruce attended elementary and high school in Seymour, WI.  He and his brothers helped with the family business, Conrad’s Tavern. In 1955, Bruce joined the US Air Force.  He returned to the Fox Valley in 1958, where he began his professional life as an accountant.  He worked for Management Science Inc., and later for Manderfield’s Bakery.  Bruce was a proud member of the Elks Club.  He was a great lover of music, and sang with the McDowell Chorus Male Choir for many years. Bruce was a sports enthusiast and lover of reading.  Above all, Bruce was a loving father and grandfather.

Bruce is survived by his brother, Wayne (Cecelia) Conrad, daughter, Mary (Matthew) Horton, and grandchildren Sage, Ella, Calla, and Ethan. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Kenneth Conrad. 

A memorial service will be scheduled in the near future.
