Betty Mae Boyle, 90, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. She was born July 20, 1931 in Greenville, Wisconsin to the late George and Edna (Nussbaum) Lippert. Betty Mae was united in marriage to Joseph Boyle on June 10, 1950 in Greenville. Betty Mae and Joseph had four children: Yvonne, Kathleen, Debra and Michael. Betty Mae and Joseph were married for almost 70 years before Joseph preceded her in death on January 13, 2020. They were lucky enough to share in the lives of their 9 grandchildren and later 5 great grandchildren. Betty Mae enjoyed going to church, reading the newspaper, completing jigsaw puzzles, baking and spending time with family.
Betty Mae is survived by her children: Yvonne Gwiazdon, Kathleen Boyle, Debra (James) Wilke, and Michael Boyle; 8 grandchildren John (Brenna) Gwiazdon, Helen Gwiazdon, Laura Gwiazdon, Matthew Gwiazdon, Sarah (Jason) Nicholson, Joseph Wilke, Joseph Boyle, Andrew Boyle; 5 great grandchildren, Michael Gwiazdon, Brandon Gwiazdon, Christopher Gwiazdon, Patrick Gwiazdon, Lily Nicholson; Betty Mae is further survived by her sister Ethel Steinburg.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Melinda Wilke, siblings, Elaine Kohl, Kenny Lippert, Roy Lippert, Helen Besaw and Agnes Kohl.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 11:00AM at Valley Funeral Home in Appleton. Deacon Bob Seymour will officiate. Visitation will be held at 9:00AM until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
