Neng Lee

Neng Lee, age 83, died on October 2, 2019. Neng was born on May 10, 1936 in the country of Laos.  She was married to Ya Houa Lee and is survived by her three sons, Dan (Nancy), Tou Ger (Mai) and Joel Ta (Tang), and four daughters, Kaying, Ghee, Nia and Pa Houa (Christopher).  She will be dearly missed by her children and her grandchildren, Crystal, Abbie, Kevin, Bradley Jr., Delsin, Maya and Seenia.  Neng is preceded in death by her husband, Ya Houa, her brothers, sisters, her son-in-law, Bradley Sr. and her grandson, Connor.

In 1979, Neng made a life for her and her family in Appleton, after being a war refugee from the Vietnam War. While living in Appleton, Neng was quickly introduced to and became an avid fan of professional wrestling. Her passions included her family, cultural and community festivals, and especially, gardening. She also loved to watch documentaries about her birth country of Laos. Neng was a talented seamstress and enjoyed Hmong cross-stitching. Neng was known for her quick wit, strong work ethic, resilient nature and her kind and compassionate spirit. 

The funeral will be Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20 at Richmond Hall in Appleton. October 20, 2019 Western visiting hours from 1pm-4pm. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton on October 21, 2019.
