Katharine A. Christiansen

Katharine Ann Larson Manglos Christiansen passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018. She was born on December 21, 1943 to Richard and Eileen (Hepburn) Larson in St. Charles, Louisiana. She grew up in Racine, and graduated from St. Luke’s Nursing School in 1965. She married Kenneth John Manglos in October, 1965. They had three children and lived most of their married life in Clintonville, and worked at Clintonville Hospital. He was the true love of her life but tragically
preceded her in death in 1982. She moved to Appleton in 2012 to live with her son, John and to be closer to her daughters, Amy and Lisa.

She is survived by two daughters: Lisa (Scott) Pietrowski of Stratford and Amy (Edward) Crum, and one son, John Manglos, of Appleton, four grandchildren: Maggie Pietrowski, Kenny Pietrowski, Hannah Crum and Sam Crum. She is also survived by one brother, Chris (Peggy) Larson, of Racine, 5 nephews, and one niece. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ken, and both of her parents.

Katharine’s wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held.
