Karen Ann Loderbauer, age 53, passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer, on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center- Appleton. She was born on June 19, 1965 in Huntsville, AL the daughter of Michael and Maude Loderbauer. Karen was employed at Associated Appraisal Consultants for almost 20 years. She was an avid Stephen King reader and loved crosswords. She always enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Karen is survived by her father, Michael (Connie) Loderbauer, three sisters: Sharon (Paul) Younger, Sue (Randy) Graham, and Tina Brighum (special friend Bernie Bourasaw); one brother, Tim (Cynda) Loderbauer; best friends: Pam Hoffmann and Karen Pietila. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, step-brothers and sister, aunts, uncles and other dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maude, brother, Karl, and her cat, Demonica.
Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St. with Pastor Mike Huff officiating. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 9:00 am until the time of service. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton.
The family would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors on 7th floor oncology at AMC and Fox Valley Hematology for all their wonderful care that was given to Karen. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
