Helen M. (Leeson) Johnson

Helen M. Johnson, 100 died on Saturday August 24, 2019 at Meadow View in Sheboygan, WI.  Helen was born on March 23, 1919 in Hobart, IN.  The daughter of Robert and Floramay (Gobel) Leeson.  In 1940 Helen married Wesley Johnson Sr.  She enjoyed cooking, babysitting, and knitting. Helen especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by:

Her son: Wesley (Charlotte Athey) Johnson of Sheboygen Falls, (2)Grandchildren: Chad (Ricki Colman) Johnson of Cross Plains, Craig (Becca) Johnson of Portage. (3) Great-Grandchildren: Maya, Brett, and Michal Johnson.  (1) Sister: Leona Petri of Green Bay, and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband Wesley Johnson, and (3) Brothers and (6) Sisters.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Valley Funeral Home located at 2211 N. Richmond Street, Appleton WI 54911.  Pastor Mike Huff will officiate.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM until the hour of service at Valley Funeral Home.
