Carol Jean Dudzik, age 72, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 25, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton with her family by her side.
She was born December 10, 1945 in Green Bay, a daughter of Frank and Harriet (Spejcher) Gawryleski.
She was a Pulaski High School graduate. In her earlier years she worked at the family bar called the Blue Moon serving the local factory workers. Carol was a devoted mother of two beautiful children that she cherished deeply. After raising her children she joined the workforce in the servicing industry until her retirement. Then she met the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Meister. They spent time traveling to places Carol had never been before. They also enjoyed traveling to local fleamarket's to sell their hidden treasures engaging in Entrepreneurship.
She loved spending time with her dog Gabby as well as canning, cooking, baking, crafts and searching the Internet for new recipes to share with everyone.
Carol is survived by her son, Scott (Sandra) Dudzik, her grandson, Scott, brothers, Richard (Sandy), James, Eugene (Lonna) and Randy (Laurie) Gawryleski and a sister, Connie Wishart.
She is further survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Carol left us to join her parents, Frank and Harriet, daughter, Denise, sister-in-law, Ruth Ann and her special friend & companion Bob.
The funeral service will be held at Valley funeral home in Appleton on Monday, October 29, 2018. Visitation will begin at 9 AM with the service following at 11. The burial will take place at Saint Joseph cemetery at 2 PM.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy a memorial fund is being established.
