Van Dinter, Effie Effie Van Dinter, age 95, passed away Friday December 7, 2007 at Brewster Village n Appleton. She was born in Seymour, Wisconsin on March 2, 1912 to the late John and Lenora (Vander Hoff) Arps. She was united in marriage to Henry Van Dinter on October 8, 1930 in Appleton. Effie enjoyed needlepoint, knitting and making her own clothing. She was a member of St Marys Catholic Church of Appleton.

Effie is survived by daughters: Elizabeth (Charles) Davidson, Charlotte NC, Kristen Babe, Greenfield; a son: Gerald (Lorraine) Van Dinter, New London; a daughter-in-law Regina Van Dinter; 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Henry; two sons: Henry Jr. and Robert one sister: Edna Van Dinter and one brother Milton Arps. . Funeral services will be held at St. Marys Catholic Church on Tuesday December 11, 2007 at 11:00a.m. Father Michael ORourke will be officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 am until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
