Robert Leopold Marzullo, a man of great courage, passed away March 19, 2018. He was born March 29, 1946 to the late Joseph and Filomina (Casacchia) Marzullo, in Chicago, IL. He was united in marriage to Patricia Gioffredi October 7, 1972.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked for the Chicago Sun Times for 20 years. Bob and Patricia then moved to Appleton. Robert worked for Rural Insurance for 25 years, retiring in 2014. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed traveling with Patricia. Bob was a selfless man who was known to be a wonderful cook. He always put his family first and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Bob is lovingly survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia; three children: Heather (Ryon) Ott, Appleton, WI, Micheal (Heather) Marzullo, Appleton, WI, and Nikol (Bart) Winkler, Milwaukee, WI; four grandchildren: Vincent Ott, Micheal Marzullo, Sophia Ott, and Kailyn Marzullo; loving brother-in-law Robert (Patricia) Gioffredi; and five nieces and nephews: Lisa, Lori, Jason, Wendi, and Matt. He was further preceded in death by his brother, Jerome and sister-in-law, Gloria.
Mass of Christian Burial for Bob will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 24, 2018 at ST. MARY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION, N2385 Municipal Dr., Greenville, WI 54942, with Fr. Michael Warden officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives at the church Saturday morning, beginning at 9:00 until 10:45 AM, with Mass to follow at 11:00 AM. Full military honors will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
