SCHREIBER, Elayne Ellen
Elayne Ellen Schreiber, 62, of Appleton passed away at Appleton Medical Center on August 31, 2008. She was born on February 17, 1946, to the late Warren and Anita (Schwandt) Batley. Elayne recently retired from First National Bank as a receptionist. She married Michael Schreiber on September 26, 1964. Elayne enjoyed walks, reading, camping, cooking, and the Friday night fish fry.
Elayne is survived by the father of their children, Michael, son, Jason (Peggy), Combined Locks, daughters Jill (Jeff) Erdmann-Tepp, Stevens Point, Jodi (Jim) Woller, Neenah, a brother, Wayne (Vonda), Appleton, grandchildren Shayna, Shaleen, Alivia, Tiegan, Elizabeth, Emily, Sylvia, Jimmy, Lauren, and Johnny, as well as nephews Brian, Keith, Paul and Craig. She is further survived by her special friend, Bill.
Her parents precede her in death.
Services for Elayne will be held at Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church, 930 E. Florida Ave., Appleton, on Thursday, September 4th at 11:00 AM. Visitation will start at 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for brain cancer research.
