Gerald "Jerry" Huml
Born January 24, 1943 in Lake Geneva, WI, resident of Chilton, WI, passed away April 22, 2011, surrounded by his loving family at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton, WI.
Jerry is survived by and will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Bev Huml; Children, Paul (Michelle) Huml, Anette (Thomas) Travia and Michele (Tim) Alvarez; Step-Children, Donald (Sonia) De Blaey, Pat (Sharon) De Blaey, Laurie (Dave) Winston and Connie De Blaey; Grandchildren, Samantha Huml, Michael Huml, Paul Zion Sr., Kaitlin Zion, Debra Travia, Thomas Travia Jr., Nicholas Travia, Branden Alvarez, Timothy James Alvarez and Ryan Alvarez; Great-Grandson, Paul Zion Jr.; Step-Grandchildren, Isabelle De Blaey, Lydia De Blaey, Henry De Blaey, Magen De Blaey, Sara De Blaey, and Kimmie Winston; Brothers Richard (Marlene) Huml and Allen (June) Huml and a Sister Edith Huml; Sister-In-Law, Sandy (Al) Wehe and Erlyne Weiss.
Jerry was proceeded in death by his parents, Clemence and Margaret Huml and brothers Clemence and William.
Jerry's family would like to extend a special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at St. Elizabeth's Hospital for taking great care of our Dad. Also, a huge thank you to the Hospitel at St. Elizabeth's hospital for the affordable housing that allowed the family to be together during such a difficult time.
